Alive Foundation coordinates training courses for underwater guides.
The courses cover fauna, flora, ecology, conservation, good diving practices and applicable regulations. The courses are intended for dive guides and certified divers.

COURSE FOR UNDERWATER GUIDES IN PN MONTGRÍ, MEDES AND BAIX TER ISLANDS
Course aimed at professionals who want to improve their training and knowledge about the underwater part of the park, with the aim of promoting the improvement of their services. It is also open to recreational divers who want to learn more about the park.
DATES : 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 20, 25, 27 June 2024
SCHEDULE: from 6 pm to 9 pm. Days 11, 17 and 20 (departures) from 5pm to 8pm.
PLACE: Mar de Llibres de l’Estartit Library (C/ Guillem de Montgrí, 31). The Estartit
RECIPIENTS : Staff of immersion centers.
PRICE : €105.82. Includes theoretical sessions, practical trips, final assessment test, accreditation and submarine ID.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT :
– Certificate of utilization of the Montgrí Natural Park, the Medes Islands and the Baix Ter.
– Submarine identifier.
Compulsory attendance of 80%. Mandatory practical trips.
REGISTRATION until May 22 using the FORM.
REGISTRATION PRIORITY: Maximum 20 places. Companies affiliated to CETS are guaranteed a place. The remaining places will be drawn among all applicants.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION : Diving certificate, diving insurance and passport-type photograph.
